Session:
My style is simple. I like to let the child relax and become familiar with the environment.
When they are relaxed, their smiles and expressions are natural. The goal is to make a
portrait you will love now and twenty years from now.
Clothing:
Clothing should be simple. Avoid logos and patterns, bright, bold colors, also avoid ruffles,
turtle necks. Light colored and mid-toned colors are best. Textured fabrics such as denim,
linen and knits photograph beautifully.
Newborns and babies are often photographed nude or in very little because nothing
photographs as beautifully as baby skin.
Please feel free to bring any toys or stuffed animals that you may want photographed with
your child. But, again, by keeping it simple, the focus will be on the child.
